Stargazing

The grass tickle my feet as I lay barefoot in my backyard, watching the constellations of stars above me. Watching other worlds swimming across the night-sky in shape of small speckles of light somehow makes my worries lose substance. I am nothing but a puny human, puny in comparison to the small speckle of light on which I live, and even more puny in face of the scope of it all. I inhale the fresh air and let the tension in my muscles release. It really does help to sometimes just zoom out, to see the whole picture. It makes one realize that there really is no reason to put that much weight on any worries one may carry, for it is really nothing but a corn of sand in the widespread desert of stars.
